How the tower stacks

Residences run in four level bands — 12–20, 21–32, 33–48 and 49–66 — and the plan for a given type changes between the lower and upper bands. The two whole-floor stacking plans under the Layout tab show how the nine units sit together on a typical floor.

Every residence comes with 2 car park bays and the standard specification: ducted air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, timber flooring, digital lockset.
